Very tough question to even speculate on, but some may take a stab at it.

I think what's important right now are watching the time lines of the CO 16 cases still in play, conclude step by step. As we get to mid summer, there could very well be a few who choose to settle, and the balance wait for a Markman ruling, then pay-up assuming we prevailed of course, and IMO we will.

Then if a few of the stubborn want a trial, we are looking at 1-2 years for those, and big damages if we win, which I predict we will.

These are my opinions, based on collective info and past history of the 10 settlements to date, without a Markman in the equation.

Look at it like SLGLF...the future looks bright, if this and if that.
