Thank you for your observation. When you type any text in the search field on the IP Check Page, the results will scan our database for any text that matches.

This does not mean that it is matching IP's; rather, it is matching text.

For example, if you were to type "not" or "silver", it will display users who have "not" or "silver" in their username's respectively.

The IP tool will display user's who are using the same IP address. Sometimes this is innocent as many members use Dynamic IP's - that is IP's from service providers that user's share (Shaw in Canada and AOL in the United States are two examples of ISP's that use Dynamic IP's).

With regards to the inactive accounts, we will work on hiding these records from public view as such username's do the community no justice.
