Not yet, but the lady judge is supposed to select a date some time in July, for early Fall, per times lines posted by Gil from doc 240 or a later doc? Or maybe it's Aug??

What I find interesting, is RP has never made mention of "looking forward" to Markman. The focus has always been settlements with minimal court issues as a preference.
