Not really.....I haven't seen him comment with regard to how they look forward to a Markman hearing before.

"We look forward to the Markman hearing and remain confident in the strength of our patent portfolio and the claims we are asserting in the current round of filings."

I hope they get what they're after with regard to their two level discovery consideration prior to the hearing.
