We have a flock of them....IMO, the above statements are amiss. IMO, dealing with an individual is much different than dealing with a developing public company(e.Digital), Apple is not going to worry about an individual.
e.Digitals defendants communicated how worthless they feel the patent claims are with their "counter" answers...
