Would you please post RP's RESPONSE, and not merely your paraphrasing thereof?...
It will help if we read the exact words of the man to your e-mail. Your paraphraisng of RP'S response to you which reads as:
"Can not tell us if any businesses/companies are using the tech that they consider proprietary IF or UNTIL the patent application "issues"."..makes sense to me, as it implies that if there is NO PATENT ISSUED then there will be no one considerd to be violationg its domain...
And the issue as raised in digicor v. EDIG was justified as EDIG was essentially claiming that digecor had no rights to use EDIG technology, in any shape and form, in their XT models and degicor was wrong in claiming that they had bought EDIG tech for $25000.00 dollars...
IT WAS NOT, as you infer, a claim by EDIG that they were suing degicor for infringement of the PATENT protected Incription Technology...
I remain curious. Why do you persist in spreading disinformation about all matters EDIG? If you are that bitter about having invested in this company why not get out of it and get on with the rest of your life...
Good Luck to you...
Gil...
