May 7, 2010, this comingFriday , is the first time you should get some PACER filing. That is when the Court scheduled the deadline for a "Filing a Joint Claim Construction Statement" by the parties...

Some may decide to settle rather than to sign the Joint Claim Construction Statement...

May 24, 2010 is the time when the defendants have some serious decisions to make as to whether they will settle or go on to a Markman Hearing?!...
