Indeed.

As I contemplate what happened and what’s been said by management since, I can only assume that Samsung was going to fight and tie things up for some time (Think: digEcor). If DM wants to keep things moving forward by going after multiple defendants, tier 2 infringers, and stick to their five-year plan, then I could see them making a decision to cut bait with Samsung. Again if they are truly raising the bar, then I believe we should see evidence of that pretty soon.

And I figure that while there are about 8 months left in the calendar year, it’s really more like 5 or 6 months max. (practically speaking) That’s just a blink-of-the-eye in EDIG time.
