I agree with Coyote, and the post is still there this morning.

1st off, only Agora can remove a post of vice pres & pres rank.

greengo is a pres.

2nd, only a pres rank can delete a post by mail room & treas.

3rd, any poster/rank can edit or delete their own post within 5 minutes, and if deleted by the poster him/herself, the large red X appears. The large red X appears as well if a pres deletes a mail room or treas, but there is no record the board can see as to who did it, but Agora can. There is no rule requiring the person who deleted a post to come forward, so that's an individual choice, and if someone prefers the stealth mode, so be it.

Flagging is another matter,

Yellow means violation report pending, green means violation ignored, red means warn user, but...warn user as processed by a HL and the red flag appearing, does not mean it is recorded against the poster until Agora reviews it, and they can over turn actions by the board.

When a post is flagged and sits pending (yellow) with no action by a HL, Agora will eventually look at it and make the decision. Should Agora review a claimed violation and process it as warn user, it validates being flagged in the 1st place.
