I couldn't agree more that the silence is almost lethal....lol.

They reiterated a business update due sometime this quarter, so plan on it being the last day possible....lol.

I'd like to see DM announce the next round prior to the conclusion of this one to get the preliminary 6-7 month period out of the way while this round concludes and speed up this process so that this time next year we are in full swing with settlement announcements.

The market uncertainty that occurs due to the timing of the process is something they need to overcome and speeding up this process seems necessary in order to have the pps better reflect the value.

Being only 26 into the process of over 170+ after 3+ years after hiring DM apparently is not adequate enough.

Something should break....not sure if that's soon or not, but there are some very real events unfolding, in the hands of DM...which is positive and reassuring but also a wee bit frustrating....lol.

Maybe management will unveil the first of those "elements" and take the cloak of secrecy off this baby.

The market still has no idea, and managment needs to change that paradigm.
