Which would have to be our understanding of the excepted meanings and interpretations by the court in moving forward with the case.

Will we understand enough in order to consider the courts considerations as leaning in our favor?

We won't unless someone is there taking notes, if that happens, we may. However, if it does not happen we will have no idea unless they publish the full minutes(every word said) of the hearing.

Did they publish the minutes of a PTSC hearing in order for the PTSC'ers to conclude a win ?

I see the Markman as a tool to speed a case up...but not necessarily a win.
