All of thew above are suppositions on your part. Although they sound reasonable, it is the mark of a good management to make these statements explicitly and on time. If the manangement would have made a statement of this sort, then my comment would not have appeared. I know that they do not have adequate resources now but they can communicate their aspirations like you did regarding their intentions.
