Hmmm...pinning expectations on the very same thing that attracted most here to this investment in the first place...monetization of the patents, one way or another for a PENNY STOCK.

The fact that those patents have finally begun to generate revenues and project to continue to do so for years is most encouraging imo and the furthest thing from sad.

What would be sad is if management hadn't taken the company in this direction in 2007 and locked up a 60-40 contingency deal with DM while the economy was about begin a spiral downward.

It appears DM plans to continue to ramp up its efforts, as we have 16 cases well into the process.
