They might wait to settle well into the trial, but most likely, they will settle...most do.

A Markman win or the threat of a Markman win works virtually the same in settlement negotiations, and DM is showing no signs of letting up.

They just need to hit our number...but I concur that a Markman win is a big step in the right direction for those still on the list awaiting our wrath.
