Yes, the court documents we've seen suggested a Markman in Fall 2010. We'll have to wait until 7/30/10 to find out if they hold to that schedule.

Also, any defendant can settle at any time; I'm hoping at least one goes to Markman though. I agree the settlements we're asking for are probably going up since we have so many defendants left. This syncs with what management told us too.
