The statement that accompanied both, was the IP efforts were a 3 - 5 year process. I can only guess the 2 - 6 year statement now, to mean the encryption patent pending will be part of the IP monitization, but without a lawsuit. Just a hunch on my part.

Yes, 2014 is 774, but other patents are protected until 2016.

I'm just splitting hairs here, but 3 - 5, or 2 - 6...no biggy, providing enough happens in 2010 to get the pps moving North.
