Eric Polis did not want the new owner of ASI to sell the stock in the market so ASI sold the shares with a restricted legend. Per the representative, ASI’s new owners have no plans to remove the restricted legend or sell the shares in the market"

Not enough shares to indicate any selling by Polis and the explanation makes complete sense considering he and his family hold a 10% stake in e.Digital.

The shares remain restricted and now new ownership of ASI is tracking EDIG as a result of this action, all imo after following up.
