Apple Counsel Adduci Nixed In IPhone 337 Case
Law360, New York (June 14, 2010) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission administrative law judge has disqualified Adduci Mastriani & Schaumberg LLP from representing Apple Inc. in its Section 337 case accusing Taiwanese cell phone maker HTC Corp. of infringing 10 patents related to the iPhone.
