For me...I have no questions for RP, or concern for what he identifies for the future at this time.

Through the legal proceedings, e.Digital, is trying to gain true and rightful ownership of it's IP, where RP has no control over the outcome.

If they gain a significant foothold....they will dictate what is, and RP may have better insight at that time. He may have it at this time....however, he's not at liberty if he is.

Ask yourself this question....If they do not gain a significant foot hold legally.....where does that leave the company, no matter what endeavors it may pursue?

At this time, e.Digital is after the preservation of its digital delivery methods which are far reaching.

If there's no acknowledgment of their ownership....they are nothing but one of thousands of companies.

The trick is getting it in as short a manner as possible.
