I think she's going to set a Markman date on 7-30-10... it could be in Fall, but imo it'll be next year and hopefully after briefing 297 we'll get more chances at construction to counter 297...

Sounds to me they're trying to misconstrue a bunch of definitions, but what-da-ya-expect.

Now to find our first submitted construction that prompted the 297; what's it's number?
