"Where do you see what you've read affecting 445?"

The foundation of all lie in the controller issues. 445 is a self standing advancement over those issues with no family ties, however, I feel it needs the win at this level.

What they are engaging now is the foundation....where 774 and 737 as a whole (meaning the focus is not on the memory only as the defendants would like it) should be how they are decided.

It may have been considered low hanging fruit.....but, I see it as more than that if they have positive results.
