They need to significantly increase revenues via a large settlement north of 8 figures. Or bring in a large airline carrier with a large order for eVU to signal they aren't just nibbling around the edges - Air Sri Lanka, Air Mali, Air Burkina,etc. aren't going to generate interest or significant revenue - yes, better than nothing but aren't going to move the needle.
