I am still hoping that you will do your own DD to (1) Make certain of the Article which you attributed to DM saying they had a 25% Chance of loosing the EDIG case?!? did indeed say what you attribute to it saying?, and (2) accept the fact that my statement that DM must have been 100% Certain EDIG case would bring a lot of money into the law firm before accepting to jump in and represent it on Contingency Fee and fronting the costs, is a REALTIY ALREADY, for that is the NORM in practice of law where lawyers get the ANSWERS to the following two questions before committing to representing an essentially "Indigent" CLIENT;

1) Is the case a BIGGEE; with potential of great FEE at its conclusion? and,

2) Are you certain that the facts as you know them, ( and here DM took a year to gather all the FACTS they needed), justify your investing money out of your pocket to carry the case till its conclusion, considering the risks and rewards involved in representation of EDIG against some the biggest players in he arena?...
