Though, the defendants might go the way of some form of dereliction of duty on her part.....I can see that shaping up.... wonder if shes following the case?

I have no idea why I have come to this conclusion.....could it be?

There is no way the defendants would want to hear from the examiner.....even though they hint they would like to....but alas, "because the Examiner is shielded from discovery as to his or her “bases, reasons, mental processes, analyses or conclusions.” she's out of the picture.

Maybe Woodie has her thoughts on a "voice recording" as well!!!
