I waited 2 days for some one to raise the question "What is Lawyer Speak?" which I mentioned in my last post. NOTHING!? Just 14 thumbs up?!...Lol...

DM took up to a year to accept the case EDIG brought to their firm. Like a Chess Game, they must have thought all the moves ahead of the time, planing which way they would go...

DID ANYONE EVER ASK HERE, WHY DID DM FILE THE SECOND ROUND OF CASES IN DENVER? WHY DIDN'T THEY STAY WITH THE TEXAS COURT?...

Well, the reason was disclosed by DM in their Court filings. Judge Marcia Kreiger sits in DENVER which is part of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal. She will abide by its Rulings in all Legal issues...

That is why it is a forgone conclusion that she will decide in favor of DM to admit the Inventors testimony in whatever form...

And that is why the lawyers are telling us that if defendants decide to fund it, the case may go to the Supreme Court on this singular issue. Something I doubt will happen...

All and all WE are in good hands with DM, and the most important "ELEMENT" is about to take shape and surface in the form of a FAVORABLE MARKMAN RULING issued by Judge Kreiger...
