I see no relationship between a one day spike, added stock options, and a significant follow up on the business plan.

In fact I don't see any justification for new stock options until we see how the latest round of suits progresses and the results of a Markman ruling if indeed it gets to that point.

Strange that the options were delayed until we hit a bottom price.
