My point was as to the justification at this point in time. I would like to have seen the final results from the current suits and the markman ruling if we have one before granting new options.

I do understand options and many of the complexities. I wa sinvolved in establishing the process for granting options and indeed had some of my own in a multi billion dollar world wide corporation.

Without looking, I believe most of those individuals already outstanding options, but at higher values, just let the others expire and take the new ones based on an appreciation of the share price.
