Agree . The other question is EDIG would like to use the inventor as expert with
highly confidential report in his posession or to choose consulting expert or both.
Certainly it shows some independence by the testifying expert, and can be explained as
such to a judge or jury. Expert would be doing proper approach to bring this to the
attorney's attention immediately upon discovery. Additionally, it may lead to additional
support being sought for the analysis and expert's view.
As you see there are some decision that we do not know the detail of that , this is
onl my own view.
