I'd like to see AGORACOM make the ruling for a change. If we leave it be, they will have to do so.

For me, I'd like to see them more involved in processing violation reports, to reduce some of the personaly stuff, meaning in this case, a person who rarely posts, yet flags a selected few.

The point is, do we have a violation by AGORACOM'S definition, or a flag of a personal nature?

I could have processed it as ignore or warn user, but I am on the fense.....

My vote is to leave it to them.
