with regard to 296 - plaintiff.... and 297- defendant

In reading 296....it seems to be in response to what the defendants have considered...

However, plaintiff filed first...

I've noticed this in other pacer filings....the council for plaintiff are faster in filing than the defendants...

If there are anymore considered changes, IMO, it will be of the defendants ambitions.
