There's this -
Client Testimonials
Jury members stated that Maltiel was a more believable expert witness than the opposing expert witness following a successful decision in a recent multi million dollar litigation.
A trial observer stated "Ron Maltiel was a very competent, authoritative and tough witness".
"Maltiel is diligent and enthusiastic about his assignments. We plan to use him again. "
"Ron is accessible, fast and accurate. He knows to ask the right questions and does a thorough, top-notch job. I would not hesitate to use Ron's services again."
"Ron is very professional and responsive. We will hire him again. He was great!"

Then there's this -
Last was Ron Maltiel, a material specialist hired by RMBS to do a cost analysis of alternatives to RMBS tech. He is originally from Israel and has a strong accent with his English. As a result it was difficult to follow his testimony. It was all about cost of this and the cost of that. I think the jury had as hard of time as I did with it. I think this testimony was fair to good. I don't think it caused any harm. This must have something to do with cost of changing RMBS tech. I just don't know but it must have been necessary in the trial.
