I don't understand why people think that we may get settlements before the July 30 court date to set a date for the Markman hearing. It is not the Markman Hearing. If the defendants have taken it this far, what is the big deal about attending another court date (by phone maybe) to schedule a date for the Markman.

Now I do agreee that there is a good chance that we will get some settlements before the actual Markman Hearing...

Am I missing something?
