On the other hand if the Markman ruling or first trial is unfavorable, then we may go 11 for 175.
I personally don't want the remaining 15/16 current suits to settle and delay future suits. Let's find out where we stand and, a Markman ruling and a trial if needed.
More than 3 years into the process with approximately 15% of the total 175+ lawsuits close to resolution, we need to expedite the entire process to be completed within the next 2-3 years.
Shareholders have had to wait a decade and now added years to benefit from their investment.
