Hopefully rounds 2, 3, 4, 5 etc will make Samsung a distant memory.

There is no doubt that DM/EDIG have taken the position to accelerate and maximize their efforts and results, so odds are better than even they improve their results going forward, imo.

The move to the Markman hearing is evidence of new efforts to achieve a higher level of success, not to mention more than twice the number of infringers named in round one.

Bottom line is get those revenues flowing ASAP !

With the fat margins on these settlements we all know EDIG shows profitability beyond the $8-11 million level.

Time to blow that away...
