IMO the only defense they have is for Woody not be allowed to testify. They all basically do the same thing with our techonolgy. Same as the first 8-9 that have all ready settled.

I feel certain the question about Woody is the most important issue that will be discussed on Fri...Just IMO

Alot of you have far greater knowledge of our techonolgy than I do but common sense tells me that DM is not wasting time and money on "I hope we win situation" DM knows,for the most part that no matter how you tweak our technolgy it's still EDIG invention and patent
