Could be the cousin of a court clerk or the boyfriend of a secretary....there was a case back in the go-go days that the printing company for a business magazine got the early scoop and they were getting in early on the inside info...they got caught.

Or in might just be those here anticipating a run. No doubt money moves in advance of events.
