I'm looking forward to the governing part and what issues she follows as presented by each side.

To me, both sides appear to point out what seems significant precedent. I'm really looking foward to how the judge weeds through it and determins who has the better. To me, this is a coin toss, I see one side no better off than the other in this regard.
