I don`t like the wording of this....

it screams dilution. I would vote for this proxy in a second if they would only give some clarification on ANYTHING....something more than.....``We are working``...and ``we hope to``.........I hope I`m wrong but that 100K that went by at 3:56 today for .145 may have been the smart one. This is not an uplifting Alert if you ask me.....its more of the same....and I think unfortunately it will reflect in the price tomorrow. August 4th can`t come soon enough........it hopefully will be a short term indicator on whether or not this was a complete waste of six years.....and countless $$$$$.
