The companies are leaning on their respective council. As for attorneys leaving and moving in an out of the case, the lead attorneys are still in place, including Jerry Selinger(Patterson & Sheridan, L.L.P) managing the HTC issues. He has already gone through the e.Digital process as attorney for Casio.

IMO, e.Digital is making it a bit more of a challenge this round, otherwise, IMO, HTC would be down the road already...and Featherstone would not be involved other than consolidation at Markman and the trial.

The next 30 days or so should be most interesting.
