That considered....
They are all tied to a common key issue that is identifiable.....that is why they are involved in the case. The focus of all intellect of the defendants are to weigh these issues when coming up with a defence.
With regard to "for different claim interpretations" It doesn't matter what takes place in the background that culminates at the easily identified consideration.
e.Digital has stated, that when they receive certain technical data of defendants they will consider setting you free of the case and the common key issue , if the technical background methods are dissimilar to theirs.....which, IMO, is pretty much impossible...
As far as I can tell, defendants refused to release the data and take the consideration of e.Digital.....
