Yeah, but getting them authorized is THE first step. Then they could issue them at their descretion (when needed as ammo), along with the other 33.4M authorized but not yet issued. Their hands are tied in this regard until the shares are authorized (for issue). Once they have shareholder approval of the authorization, they don`t need to come back to us for approval to issue (because the shares are authorized for issue). And dilution does not occur until the shares are issued.

So, actually, the 100M shares would have a ``subtle`` bearing in a buy-out situation. Their mere existence may discourage someone from making a hostile take-over bid.
