for the Markman, we still have the much anticipated ( by me anyway) "Elements", which will be "self evident" to look forward to this calendar year.

I don't believe these "elements" have anything to do with the IP litigation efforts, and therefore, should have a much more immediate impact on our share price. Partnering has been mentioned several times. If we announce a partnership with a large corporation, with some name recognition, for distribution of the eVU outside of IFE, it must have a dramatic, upward, effect on the share price.
