I’m definitely disappointed that the Markman hearing won’t be happening in the Fall as I’d hoped...

And yet, a lot may still happen in the coming months prior to year’s end that could put smiles on all our faces. Even as we wrestle over the current share price and speculation as to what happens next with regard to the IP litigation or eVU business front, some new and self-evident announcement or (Pacer) revelation could happen at any time without warning. The stage is still set for a nice surprise or two that could lead to significant share price appreciation. In fact, it’s those events that we can’t predict that are most likely to rocket the share price.

This remains an exciting investment with both long AND short-term potential. Just imagine what story might be told to prospective new investors once certain elements have surfaced.
