So what legal activities can we expect prior to the Markman?

Can you think of anything beyond settlements, regarding "legal activity", preceeding the Markman hearing ?

Next round of infringers named, perhaps ? Any other possibiilties ?

"We look forward to the January Markman hearing and the legal activity that will precede it. The possibility of an accelerated Markman hearing was one of the reasons that the venue for the second round of filings was selected. If we had remained in the same venue where we filed the first round of cases, the Markman hearing would probably not have been held until 2012.
