I`d like a solid contract with Wencor too... but so far I don`t think we have such an animal. We probably have an agreement to work with them exclusively on the digEplayer. That isn`t the same thing as giving them an exclusive on our platform. I think we are free to license it to another entity if Wencor fails to perform.... or if they jump ship and quit marketing the device. I wouldn`t be unhappy if EDIG just happened to license said platform to Samsung or Panasonic... call it something else, put a new box around it and have them market to the airlines. If Panasonic came to market with our platform I don`t think anyone here would complain... they would blow Wencor out of the water. I`m sure our margins would be less but they would sell a heck of alot more than Wencor has managed to so far. I could be way off base here.... and I do hope we can stick with Wencor for their digEsystem as well as enhanced versions of the digEplayer. They have gained significant market share as well as a branding name.
