Unfortunately, after the Markman Hearing we will have Patent Reviews filed with the USPTO

It does not matter how groundless they are, they will be filled simply because than can be. And, as you know, they can be filed anonymously. Infringers will put up every road block they can to delay having to pay us.

The upside to this is that they are doing this because the patent are valuable and the longer they steal out secrets and profit from them, the better off they think they are..

The Markman Hearing is a rest stop on the highway, it is not our final destination. Now don't go shooting the messenger just because you do not like the message.

One more thing, and it is a good thing, maybe a very good thing. When any company knows they are going to lose, they may buy a lot of shares of EDIG. They will expect the price to go up and the profit they make will pay some (maybe even ALL) of the cost of their license fee. So, even if they lose, they don't lose. BUT, WE WILL WIN!
