Yup... and I've said it many times: How much money these cross-licensings could save-us on eVU and future devices. IMO The XLA are worth millions n more.
But when I first read gerns post I took it to be be attached to the yet approved 'Encription' patent ... and I've stated many times in the past that these xla's could be pertaining to the new patent also for future use and partnering.
