A while back, this forum was "argueing" the definition of a"WIN" and it got to the point that someone, maybe even AGOGRACOM (?), suggested a VOTE whether to continue the discussion or end it. I't became REPETITIOUS and in violation of RULE # 5.

The vote to continue the discussion, failed by a good margin.

I suggest, on behalf of many here, be they Hub Leaders or others who have discussed this via PM's and publically, that AGORACOM conduct a vote concerning a USPTO re-exam of e.Digital Patents or stop such until it takes place.

IMO, by suggesting this vote on behalf of many, is let the entire forum decide.

Real simple IMO, do we continue this or stop for now, then discuss it should it ever happen???

What ever the members decide by majority vote, should end the conflicts associated with the many posts the last few days.
