Doni, the PTSC reexams have dragged on for years. The USPTO has issued several final actions only to have a new reexam request filed. At one time I was concerned that we would face the same problem, but I now believe our patents are so different in content and application that we are almost immune. Requests can be filed, but I do not believe they will be accepted or the reexam will be much more quickly resolved. Regards
