Seeing what the defendants want to added, in the way of verbiage, with regard to how Woody notes it as "sole memory" their interest is not in the memory or the fact that it's removable.

Their interest is elsewhere....the case is not about the memory and the defendants want the verbiage added to the published memory issue, so that they can circumvent what is happening at other levels. They want to place what happens up stream directly in the memory....and that is not the case.
